Stereotomy is UHJ, the two others aren't. As far as I remember, Stereotomy doesn't contain too many direct sound objects from behind. For a list of UHJ recordings, please have a look at the Ambisonic Discography: The Ambisonic UHJ Discography. In my opinion, one of the best demo pieces for direct sounds from the rear is:

  • Electric Phoenix - Trevor Wishart - Vox, Virgin Classics VC 7 91108-2 ('90)
  • Might be hard to find, though.
